- Currently enrolled Master’s degree students (including 1st semester) at universities located in South Korea

- Foreign nationals legally residing in South Korea

- Students with a profound interest and passion for Korean culture

3. Number of Recipients: 0

4. Amount

- 2,000,000 KRW for tuition and living expense per semester until graduation (5th semester)
